I was timed out and then signed in again but could not locate the forms again. I wrote at least half-a-dozen emails to the service, half of which they answered in an utterly unhelpful way. Never got back to documents. Ended up having to find a service to pay. As bad as any service I’ve ever encountered

THEY NEVER efiled my taxes even though I got two confirmation screens, one for fed and one for state. HOWEVER THEY PROCESSED MY PAYMENT for state filing just fine. %$#@! Jerks! Like Diane, I can’t reach them either.

I usually use H&R Block, but I had to extend our return to Oct 15, and due to laptop problems, had to buy an inexpensive laptop at the last minute. For some reason (too long to explain) I tried 1040now. I had so many problems… navigation was horrible! I am not young but have always done our taxes, worked with computers since college (40 years), but I will never try to do ours again! Our federal was accepted, but I had so many problems with state, I finally chased down some paper forms and sent that return late. Never again!

And Oregon doesn’t allow Federal and state taxes to be submitted separately. And yet the sent my federal in so I can’t use another app to complete my taxes. I’ll never use 1040now again. It’s also really difficult to navigate through. It’s just fucking useless.
