My limited experience with OLT is that it is very important to review the forms. Have not seen issues with the federal forms, but I know at least for MN state returns one has to take extra effort to manually fill-in and/or override some values.

I think the review says it does not import anything.

They said if your input is correct their calculate is correct, it could be a problem of my 1099 DIV form, I have been using OLT for years with Qualified Div, and I knew I am talking with someone knew nothing about tax, and their CS has no intention to help out or even check their system, so I switched. If you want accurate tax, stay away from OLT, or else you might end up pay a lot more.

I process taxes for all my family member and i have a large family. When I go to pay the $9.95 to efile state with federal, after a few returns, it won’t accept my credit card or debit card. Why?
